2. Digital Products & License

All packs, presets, templates, masterclasses, and downloadable content (the "Products") are licensed — not sold — to you for a single end user. You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the Products.
• Upload them to any public, private, or torrent platform.
• Use them to train AI/ML models.
• Repackage them as your own product or course.

Violation results in immediate license termination, refund forfeiture, and potential legal action under 17 U.S.C. §501.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Products, all sales are final. Once content is delivered or accessed, no refunds are issued except where required by law.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, copy, design, code, video, and assets on this site are © 2026 ShotBy7Mafia. All Rights Reserved. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or derivative use is prohibited.

5. Trademarks

"CapCut" is a trademark of Bytedance Ltd. ShotBy7Mafia is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by CapCut or Bytedance. All third-party names are referenced under nominative fair use.

6. No Guarantees

We make no income, growth, or results guarantees. Outcomes depend on your effort, skill, and market conditions. Testimonials are individual experiences and not typical.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShotBy7Mafia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Products or site.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration.
